Jodi received her Bachelor of Science in Home Economics from the University of Alberta. She then trained at the Capital Health Regional Dietetic Internship Program in Edmonton. Jodi has over 10 years experience as a Registered Dietitian in Clinical and Community Nutrition. She has specialized in the area of pediatrics for nine years and serves as the nutrition resource for other staff in her area.
