Comprehensive Evaluation

Service Description

Initial Nutrition Evaluation will occur over two sessions. It includes the comprehensive health history, including a dietary assessment and lifestyle information of the client. The result will be a Timeline and Functional Nutrition Matrix which is a detailed, systemic map of the clients overall health.
